By engaging with our offerings, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the policies outlined here, ensuring transparency, fairness, and a secure experience for all users. Please read this document thoroughly to understand your responsibilities and our commitments to you.

Policy on Revisions

Depending on your selected package, you are entitled to up to three revisions. Customers may request an unlimited number of free modifications, and we are happy to revise their design at no additional charge as long as the core design and concept remain unchanged. However, exceeding the allotted number of revisions will result in additional design and development costs. (Fair usage policy applies)

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund Policy

In any case, any funds deposited for a project are not refundable after completion until the original design proposals are approved or a modification is demanded unless The DesignsDex cancels or terminates the Contract for a reason other than your violation or non-performance.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

• In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved, or you request changes in the initial mock-up then the refund offer becomes void and the refund request will not be entertained.
• While we provide technical support for the design and development aspects of your website during the agreed-upon project duration, we are not responsible for providing technical support for domain or hosting-related issues. For any domain or hosting support, you should contact your respective domain registrar or hosting provider.
• If a request for refund is made before the delivery of initial design concepts, then you would be eligible for a Full Refund (10% service & processing fee will apply).
• If a request for a refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for a 50% refund (10% service & processing fee will apply).
• If a refund is requested between 48-120 hours of initial design delivery, a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee) is available.
• No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of initial design delivery. For any concerns, please reach out to us.
• If the client is unresponsive or fails to engage in the project for more than 10 days, the project is considered suspended and additional reactivation fees may apply.
• No refund requests will be entertained after final file delivery. For website packages, refunds are not available once website development has been completed or the website has been deployed live.
• For video animation packages, refunds are not available once the storyboard has been designed.
• No refunds are provided for Hosting, SSL, TLS, SEO, Content Writing, and Social Media Services.
• If we have done any work on the frontend or backend of your website, refunds may not be eligible.
• We do not issue refunds if you change your mind about a purchase.
• For DesignsDex/Custom packages, refunds follow the same policies as single packages. For example, if a logo and web design service is ordered, and the logo is approved, a refund can only be claimed for the website service at the time of initial design.
• Refund requests should be communicated to the support department. DesignsDex reserves the right to approve/disapprove requests on an individual basis based on agreement violations.
• No refund will be entertained after a logo revision is requested on the first draft.
• A refund request will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given, however, further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction. Money back guarantee is based on the order being placed in good faith. Where a customer has placed design orders with more than one design agency for the same job with the intention to claim a refund, we do not consider it good faith. In such a case, we reserve the right to decline a refund request. All design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design; therefore, it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback to get the desired results. 100% unique design guarantee entitles you to a re-draw if our designed logo is found to be considerably similar to another logo design that may already exist. Any resemblance to an existing design will be merely a coincidence, and DesignsDex will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation in such a case.

Domain and Hosting

Please note that domain registration and hosting services are not included in our website packages. We do not provide domain registration or hosting services as part of our standard offerings; however, it can be added to your package with an additional charge.

While we provide technical support for the design and development aspects of your website during the agreed-upon project duration, we are not responsible for providing technical support for domain or hosting-related issues. For any domain or hosting support, you should contact your respective domain registrar or hosting provider.

Website Compatibility

We will ensure that the website we create for you is compatible with your chosen hosting provider's technical requirements. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with all hosting platforms, and it is your responsibility to verify the compatibility before purchasing our website package.

Delivery Policy

All design order files are delivered on the email specified on the "Order Confirmation" date. An email is also sent to inform the Client about their design order delivery to their specific email. All policies about revision & refund are subject to the date and time of the design order delivered to the Client's email.

We deliver all our customized design orders via email within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order. We offer an IMMEDIATE DELIVERY service through which you can have your first logo samples within 72 hours by paying extra! For further assistance, contact us at the 24-Hour Customer Support.

Record Maintenance

Our records are permanently stabilized in an archived drive, and we ensure that you are enjoying the design services without having to run back and forth regarding maintenance. We will record your finalized design once we provide you with the final files. If you require the final files again in the future, we can send them to you at your request.

Therefore, it is authorized to keep your credit card information on file that can be used for any recurring service, additional development hours, server, or network equipment required to develop or launch your website without any prior notification. However, our representatives always bring this knowledge so that you know all the processes.
